Thick chunky shanked Atlantic mother of pearl buttons, never used

This is a set of eight thick, heavy mother of pearl buttons, made from superb quality lustrous Atlantic mother of pearl. They are still on their original card, and have never been used, although there were once 12 buttons on the card. They are shanked - the shanks are also wonderful quality - properly-riveted metal. The small stamp at the top of the card I think indicates a date somewhere between mid-20’s to mid-40’s. They measure 2.2cm in diameter. They are in perfect condition and just need a gentle clean. The mother of pearl is really beautifully lustrous.
