Large unused piece of vintage brushed cotton flannel

This is vintage pyjama fabric, and having found pyjamas made from a similar quality of fabric, I am going to say this is mid-50’s. It’s in excellent condition, having never been used so it is old shop deadstock. Have a look at the beautiful selvedges. It measures 80cm wide by 480cm.
