Four-page notaire's manuscript dated 1841

From Fontenoy-le-Comte in the Vendée a notaire’s (solicitor’s manuscript) which is beautifully written but which I have a lot of trouble reading. These are usually related to the purchase or inheritance of land, and the title under the stamp on the front page reads ‘Vente Belaud à Roy’ - indicating a sale of land from a M. Belaud to a M. Roy . Dated very precisely on the final page 22nd of November 1841, the last page confirms that it is indeed a sale of land from François Belaud to Pierre Roy. There you have it! A beautiful manuscript for a very mundane subject. This measures 20.5x29cm.
