Large wooden spools of unused black cabled cotton thread

Found as a complete set and still in their paper packaging, these are large wooden spools of glossy black cabled cotton thread, often used for larger buttonholes or for handstitching on stronger cotton fabric. Cabled threads are made by twisting three or more strands of single thread together - they are much stronger than single thread but also much thicker. These are 366 metres/400 yards in length and are in perfect condition. The wooden spools are 5cm high.
