Complete card of carved mother of peal buttons - star design

From the late 19th century this is a card of Atlantic mother of pearl buttons of superb lustre, that have been carved with a six-pointed star. In very good condition, a few buttons have tiny chips but the vast majority are perfect, still on their foil-covered card, these are 1cm in diameter. There are 36 buttons in total here.
