1920's or 30's publicity plaque 'Le Nil' cigarette papers #2

This is a thick cardboard plaque which would have hung in a bar or similar to advertise Le Nil brand of cigarette papers. I am a little bit intrigued by this company and by the paper industry in France in general and I hope to be able to do a deeper dive into it in one of my upcoming newsletters. This plaque is rather wonderful, and is in excellent condition - just a tiny bit of curling at the bottom, and even if you don’t smoke it is a beautiful piece of French antique graphic design. The company ceased production in 1970.
