Set of four German linen métis teatowels initials CP
From the first half of the 20th century, these are a set of cotton warp linen weft métis teatowels with a woven stripe pattern. Each of these has hook tapes at both top and bottom, as well as embroidered initials CP on each. Found in an unused condition, they are in excellent condition save one which has a weaving fault on one side (pictured). They are long and thin like many German teatowels of this era, measuring 45×103cm.
