Pure linen sheet with very large central embroidery 'AA' - small default please read description
A lovely quality pure unbleached linen sheet with an intricate hand-made drawn thread border and a pair of very large central initials AA. Unlike its sister, which I also have up, this one has been used slightly. It is in excellent condition apart from one small issue - what looks like a weaving defect right in the centre of the sheet - only the weft threads are affected which is which I think it is a weaving defect, not uncommon in machine-woven linen manufacture of this era. There are no other signs of wear and with a small repair to stop this becoming worse, this sheet will last for many years. It has been priced accordingly. Its sister, in perfect condition, also currently available. It measures 231×330cm.
