Late 19th or early 20th century kitchen scale

€45.00

A delicate kitchen scale, in metric (of course!), going up to 350grams. This is late 19th to early 20th century, and has survived in such good condition because it was part of a collection. It is actually still reasonably well calibrated and if you were making something that didn’t need to be too precise, and you had some time on your hands to wait for the pendulum weight to stop swinging, it could still be useful. But it is more decorative, with its beautiful cream and black enamelled scale readings. It is 23cm high.
