A set of six German damask hand-towels with a design of grape vines and initials 'EB'

These date anywhere from the 1930’s to the 1950’s. They are a wonderful quality thick, sturdy linen métis damask with a pattern of grapes and grape-leaves. They have hand-embroidered initials ‘EB’ at one end and cotton hook tapes at the top end. They were found unused, and I have soaked and washed them. They are in perfect condition, measuring 48×107cm.
