This is of an exceptional quality dense, glossy linen and cotton métis damask, with an extensive patterning of field flowers, poppies and heads of wheat. It dates from somewhere between the 1920’s-30’s and early 50’s. It was found unused, and I have soaked and washed it. It is uninitialled. It is in perfect condition, measuring 48×116cm.
